New York, April 8, 2015 – DJI, the world leader in creative robotic equipment, today announced the next evolution in its ground-breaking Phantom drone platforms – the Phantom 3.
With two variations, the Phantom 3 Professional and Phantom 3 Advanced, this new milestone in aerial innovation provides greater control and creative options from the sky.
Both Phantom 3 versions feature the strongest professional control features DJI has developed so far. Using DJI’s innovative Visual Positioning System (VPS), these Phantom 3 platforms can hold their positioning indoors without GPS and can easily take off and land with the push of a button.
Controllers for the Phantom 3 come paired with DJI’s Lightbridge technology, which allows pilots to see what the Phantom 3 camera is seeing in HD (720p) at a distance up to 1 mile (1.6 kilometers) with almost no latency.
“In developing the next generation Phantom, DJI remained committed to providing a top tier flight experience in one easy-to-use platform,” said DJI CEO Frank Wang. “We pride ourselves in creating a flying camera that fits in a backpack and can be ready to take professional quality videos from the sky in less than a minute.”
The Phantom 3 Professional is capable of shooting 4K video at up to 30 frames per second, while the Phantom 3 Advanced records at resolutions up to 1080p at 60 frames per second. These cameras are stabilized using 3-axis gimbals to keep the video smooth regardless of flight or wind conditions.
Both models shoot 12 megapixel photos using a 94⁰ FOV, distortion-free lens, and a high-quality, 1/2.3” sensor that is more sensitive to light than the sensor in previous Phantom 2 Vision models.
All camera settings, including ISO, shutter speed and exposure compensation, can be set using both the DJI Pilot app and the physical controls on the remote controllers. The DJI Pilot app also features a Phantom 3 flight simulator for virtually practising aerial manoeuvers, and a ‘Director’ feature, which automatically edits the best shots from flights into short videos that can be shared immediately after landing.
The upgraded app also allows pilots to live stream their flights to YouTube.
“Pilots, whether they are journalists, extreme athletes, or global travellers – will not just be able to share aerial videos of where they were, but will also be able to send a YouTube link to their friends and colleagues to show them the aerial perspectives of where they are right now,” said DJI’s San Francisco General Manager Eric Cheng. “This has tremendous potential for changing the way we share experiences with one another.”
Additional Features
Enhanced GPS (with GLONASS) for better position accuracy
Flight logging to help document flight statistics
Safe flying zones to prevent take off or flight near airports and other sensitive sites
Dedicated remote controller with camera and flight controls for enhanced ease of use and safety
Rechargeable Intelligent Flight Battery with sensors for real-time battery information
The Phantom 3 Professional and Phantom 3 Advanced will begin shipping in a few weeks for a suggested MSRP of US$1,259 and US$999, respectively. More information can be found at DJI.com/Phantom3.

While at CES 2015 I ran into the people from Case Logic and WildRock Public Relations & Marketing®
I like Case Logic and their products. They offer well made products that are affordable as well.
A bit ago we were sent a Case Logic Ibira case to review.
See it at –>Case Logic Ibira!
It offer the following features:
Integrated sleeve for laptops up to 15.6″ and dedicated iPad® or 10.1″ tablet pocket
Flexible laptop storage doubles as a stretch-fit pocket to keep shoes or clothes separate from other items
Cash-stash pocket on backpanel provides hidden storage for money and ID
Additional storage for small electronic devices and cords
Vertical, quick-access pocket provides convenient place to stash and retreive go-to items
Mesh side pockets store water bottles within reach
I used one at 2 local trade shows to carry my laptop, camera and tablet. It offered a great deal of room for my devices and trade show swag as well.
I found the case to be durable but lightweight and offered a great deal of utility in terms of the space and nooks and hidden spaces to put things like camera batteries, snacks, pens, and business cards.
I had one of my teen age sons test it out as well and he said that it was a cool bag, that offered style and was solid and did the job it needed to do.
Overall I was impressed by the Case Logic Ibira back pack and would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a decent back pack to carry their tech around as well as books and papers or business forms.
I liked the size, design, and functionality that it offered.
I am looking forward to testing other Case Logic products in the future.
Here are some of the color options as far as the case–>

We are huge tech fans and are trying to help autism too. We would love to use 3d printing to help autism via art and tech projects and to raise funds to help.
We are also into drones, especially ones that involve 3d printing as well.
I recently saw 3DR’s products and loved this cool video:
We would love to test and review or if possible have one of the devices donated to use to film autism events, and eventually part of the autism documentary that we are planning once we get support and funding!
If anyone can donate a good drone or 3d printer or wants to sponsor us in our efforts to use cutting edge tech to help funding for autism let me know.
We ran into tough tested products at CES 2015 see the following overview video:
We will be doing a review of the headphones soon!

The largest object in the Main Asteroid Belt besides Mars and Jupiter is Ceres, an uncommon, proto-planet approximately the size of Texas (590 miles in diameter) that may contain water. It is larger than Jupiter’s moons and by my understanding almost as larger as Mercury. Scientists have long puzzled about the origin of the odd white spot near it’s the equator. It could be a storm, or a volcano or something else. We’ll soon know a lot more soon about it as NASA’s Dawn spacecraft has arrived at Ceres. It’s already captured shots of the planet and will soon go into a polar orbit at 13,500 km (8,300 miles) in the at the forefront descending to a survey altitude of 4,430 km (2,800 miles). Eventually, it’ll drop as low as 1,480km (950 miles) to gain information and data about it as well as 3D images of it. It seems that the Dawn Probe will stay at CERES when it is done with its investigation mission.
Its first greeting to Ceres will be beamed enliven from the Slooh community observatory starting at 1PM ET today. Unfortunately, Dawn will taking to fewer photos during this phase than planned due to the failure of some of it navigational controls. Given that it’s already visited Mars and Vesta, other dwarf planet in the region, a few glitches are are believable. Despite the issues, it would amazing to see detailed images like we saw of Vesta. That should further resolved provacative theories as to what the white spots are, which have ranged from ice-gorged craters to cryo-volcanoes. Not to be biased, volcanoes would be interesting. Maybe there is actual water or other liquids on the little planet.
I always wondered if the asteroid belt used to be another large planet like Jupiter that exploded long ago.

When it comes to advertising your business and making sure that you reach as many potential customers as possible with your goods and services, there are a number of methods you can use. You can try advertising on local radio, television, or in the Yellow Pages. All of the above are valid advertising options if the year is 1965 and the Beatles are coming to town.
What? It’s 2015? You’d better get cracking on the Internet, as it’s pretty much the only viable option you’ve got. So how can you quickly gather the most visits to your site in the shortest possible amount of time, and all for the smallest possible amount of money?
Developing Your Internet Marketing Strategy
If you need to develop your Internet marketing strategy on a budget, and in a hurry, there’s no need to panic. You can hire an Internet marketing company, such as Register.com, that will help you find local leads and develop sales from them. Although the ultimate responsibility of developing good business relationships with your customer base is up to you, a good online marketing company can help you develop those relationships in the first place.
Does Success In Sales Come Down To A War Of Words?
A competent Internet marketing company can show you how to word all of the content in your ads, as well as on your site, to draw the maximum attention. Indeed, many modern Internet experts tend to share the general opinion that success in sales ultimately comes down to waging – and winning – a war of words.
Of course, this “war of words” is now known by a more modern name, SEO (Search Engine Optimization). If you’ve read this far, you probably already know the basic principles of SEO. Suffice it to say that the more effective your choice and placement of certain words and phrases, the more attention your ads will receive. And, of course, the ideal result is that, the more attention you receive, the more sales you make.
Planning Ahead For The Future
In the end, your main goal is to establish your business solidly in the here and now. But, of course, you’ve got to plan ahead for the future as well. To achieve this, you’ll need to have expert representation and advice in your corner. An Internet marketing adviser is your best bet for success to find local leads and grow your business.
